India's rich culture and heritage has been greatly shaped by the teachings, sacrifices and ideologies of its leaders.
Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi is one such leader, who is fondly known as Bapu, and has many more names to his credit like one man army force and father of the nation.
DLDAV Model School junior wing celebrated the birth anniversary of this eminent leader with fervour and reverence. Children depicted his life history through enactments, dance performances and songs composed on him. To pay homage to his sacrifices and learn more about his teachings, the children also highlighted his Swadeshi movement through colouring in a charkha
