International Yoga Day 2022
Our blooming buds at DL DAV pitampura were seen practicing several poses of yoga, specially Surya Namaskar to enhance their flexibility, focus, balance etc and also paranayam that helps them to keep calm and stable. We highly appreciate and are grateful to all the parents who accompanied and helped their kids to perform yoga and made them realize its' importance in daily life.
Inculcating these little habits at such tender age will surely give rise to a strong, stable and successful human being in every sphere of life.
