As the first rays of the sun touched the grounds of DLDAV Model School junior wing a wave of patriotic fervor swept across the school premises marking the commencement of the 75th Republic Day celebrations.The students donned in tricolour accessories  exhibited immense enthusiasm to honour the day India became a sovereign republic.

Our tiny tots of TP block too were immersed in the feeling of patriotism.

Tricolour colouring activity,  participation in GK Quiz , making of colourful badges etc. were some of the activities in which they participated to mark the day in their own little way. The cherry on the cake was added by the scrumptious tricolor food they brought in their tiffins to share and enjoy

May the flag always fly high and fill our hearts with the feeling of freedom

 Parakram Diwas was celebrated at DL DAV Public School, Pitampura to mark the Birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose.The celebrations left a great impression and inspired  the students.It infused patriotic fervour and inculcated the values of honesty and fearlessness.

To enhance the creative aspect of students different colouring and writing activities were organised. Children were briefed about the ideology of Neta ji and his influence during  the struggle of freedom.

The most perfect way to celebrate Parakram Divas is by doing things Netaji wanted us to do and that is to love our country unconditionally

We must work towards making our country a better nation and this would be the most perfect tribute to Netaji on his birthday

Each and every day we can do something to make our country better in some way and this will be the perfect way to remember Netaji

Let us make the occasion of Parakram Divas a memorable one for everyone so that our coming generations remember the valour and sacrifices of Netaji for years to come

 Lohri a vibrant festival celebrated in North India marks the end of winter and the arrival of longer days.Bonfires , traditional dances and singing around the fire are integral to lohri celebrations.Families come together,offering prayers and enjoying festive treats like sesame seeds, jaggery and popcorn.Its time of joy, warmth and the spirit of community .We at DAV junior wing too celebrated the day on the virtual  platform with vigour and fervour. All the children participated in the celebrations dressed in Punjabi attire. They also enjoyed popcorn and revari to mark the celebrations
