Raksha Bandhan has been celebrated in India for decades and the festival commemorates the sibling bond where the sisters pray for the good health and longevity of their brothers. Rakshabandhan is when sisters tie a band on the brother's wrist that ensures unconditional love and support to one another.

DLDAV MODEL SCHOOL,Pitampura Junior wing celebrated Rakhi on Friday 08 August ,2025. Students of classes Pre School, Pre primary and class 1 made beautiful Eco friendly Rakhis and cards by using decorative material.
