INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

 

“Yoga is a light, which once lit will never dim! Practice more for a brighter flame”!


The little masters of nursery, pre-primary  and class I observed the International Yoga Day exuberantly. The class teachers started the class session by accentuating the significance of Yoga in our life. Different asanas were performed by the tiny tots under the guidance of their teacher and the benefits of each asana was explained. They were also motivated to perform yoga daily at home.
